Tickets are not covered by the right of withdrawal and are therefore basically non-refundable. You can try selling your tickets or giving them away.
To sell your ticket, you can follow these steps:
Log in to www.tikkio.com
Go to "Tickets"
Click on the event name
Click "Print" on the ticket you want to download or print
