We are unable to modify or refund purchased tickets, according to Tikkio’s terms and conditions. Tickets are also exempt from the right of withdrawal.
If you are unable to attend, we recommend transferring the ticket to another person through Tikkio. This ensures that the new ticket holder receives the ticket in their own account and that ownership is transferred correctly.
To transfer a ticket:
Log in to your Tikkio account
Go to Tickets: https://tikkio.com/user/events
Select the relevant event
Click “Transfer” on the ticket you wish to transfer
Enter the recipient’s email address
The recipient must accept the transfer before it is completed. If the transfer is not accepted within 72 hours, it will be automatically canceled.
As the sender, you can cancel the transfer as long as it has not been accepted. Once the transfer has been accepted, it can no longer be canceled.
Please note that a ticket can only be transferred once. Once a ticket has been transferred and accepted by the recipient, it cannot be transferred to another person.
If the event was canceled or postponed, please contact the organizer directly.
