We are unable to modify or refund purchased tickets, according to Tikkio's terms and conditions. The tickets are also not covered by the right of withdrawal legislation. One solution could be to sell or give away the tickets.
To sell your ticket, you can follow these steps:
Log in to www.tikkio.com
Navigate to the Billetter (Tickets) section in your account
Select the event name
Use the Print option to download the ticket as a PDF file
Share the PDF file digitally (e.g., via email or messaging apps) or physically (e.g., by printing it out)
Please note that all purchases/sales outside of Tikkio's platforms are done at your own risk. The original owner remains responsible for the ticket even after it has been shared. Ensure you trust the recipient when sharing tickets.
If the event was canceled or postponed, please contact the organizer directly.
