How to Transfer a Ticket
Log in to Tikkio.
Go to Tickets: https://tikkio.com/user/events
Select the relevant event.
Click Transfer on the ticket you want to transfer.
Enter the recipient’s email address.
Confirm the transfer.
The recipient must accept the transfer before it is completed.
What Happens When a Ticket Is Transferred?
Once the recipient accepts the transfer:
The ticket is moved to the recipient’s Tikkio account
The original ticket becomes invalid
The recipient receives access to their own ticket

A ticket can only be transferred once.
The transfer is not completed until the recipient has accepted it.

Can I cancel a transfer?
If the recipient has not yet accepted the transfer, you can cancel it through Tickets on https://tikkio.com/. If the transfer is not accepted within 72 hours, it's automatically cancelled.
Does the recipient need a Tikkio account?
Yes. If the recipient does not already have a Tikkio account, they will be asked to create one when accepting the transfer.
