To avoid any trouble at the entrance to the event, we recommend that all tickets be downloaded as single tickets and used separately. So avoid using the personal QR code contained in the receipt.
To get single tickets, do the following:
Log on to www.tikkio.com
Go to "My User Account"
Select "Show ticket" on each ticket and print/save as a single ticket
