I have bought several tickets and we will arrive at different times

To avoid any issues at the entrance, we recommend that each attendee has access to their own ticket.

The best solution is to transfer the tickets to the people who will be using them. This ensures that each attendee receives the ticket in their own Tikkio account.

To transfer a ticket:

  1. Log in to Tikkio.

  2. Select the relevant event.

  3. Click “Transfer” on the ticket you wish to transfer.

  4. Enter the recipient’s email address.

The recipient must accept the transfer before it is completed.

Please note that a ticket can only be transferred once. Once a ticket has been transferred and accepted by the recipient, it cannot be transferred to another person.

If you do not wish to transfer the tickets, you can also download or print each ticket separately:

  1. Log in to Tikkio.

  2. Go to Tickets.

  3. Select the relevant event.

  4. Click “Print” on each ticket and save or print it individually.

We do not recommend using the personal QR code included in the receipt if attendees will arrive at different times.
