Tickets are automatically emailed to the address used during checkout immediately after purchase. Ensure you check the email account you used for the purchase. Additionally, check your spam or junk folder as emails may sometimes be filtered there.
Order Confirmation We always send an order confirmation to your email. If you can't find it, please check your spam folder.
Log in to Tikkio You can always find your tickets under the Tickets section when logged in to Tikkio. Log in here. Forgot your password or purchased tickets as a guest? Use the One-time login option Additionally, verify that you are checking the correct email account used during the purchase.
