Buying/selling tickets outside of Tikkio

When purchasing tickets outside of Tikkio, you assume the risk of their validity. Neither Tikkio nor the event organizer can guarantee the authenticity of tickets bought through third-party sellers. Invalid or fraudulent tickets may prevent you from entering the event.

Tikkio’s customer support team is unable to assist with tickets purchased outside of the Tikkio platform. If you encounter issues with such tickets, you will need to resolve them directly with the seller. Tikkio cannot verify or provide guarantees for tickets not sold through its official platform.

To avoid potential issues, it is always recommended to purchase tickets directly through Tikkio. This ensures that your ticket is valid and supported by both Tikkio and the event organizer. If you have already purchased a ticket from another source, check that it includes a QR code, as this is required for entry. However, keep in mind that even with a QR code, Tikkio cannot guarantee the ticket’s validity if it was not purchased through our platform.
