By default, a scanner login is created automatically when you create an event. This login can scan all ticket types for the event and will display statistics in the app.
Go to Event Manager
Select your event
Go to Scanners
Click QR code
Open the Tikkio Enter app and scan the QR code
You are now logged in to the event on your device.
Create a custom scanner login
If you have multiple ticket types and different entrances, you can create a separate scanner login for each entrance and choose which ticket types each scanner can scan.
Go to Event Manager
Select your event
Go to Scanners
Click Create
Fill in the information
If the scanner should only scan specific ticket types, uncheck Allow scanning all products and select the ticket types you want it to scan.
Click Create
Click QR code
Open the Tikkio Enter app and scan the QR code
You are now logged in to the event on your device.
