Create login for scanner
Go to Event Manager
Choose Event
Go to "Scanners"
Click "Create scanner"
Fill in the information
If the scanner should only scan some ticket types, uncheck "All tickets" and check the ones you want to be possible to scan.
Download Tikkio Enter
Tikkio Enter is our newest and most updated scanner app with offline-scanning.
The app can be downloaded from Play Store for Android and App Store for iOS.
Log into the scanner app
Find the login you created in the Event Manager
Click "Show QR code".
Open Tikkio Enter on your smartphone or tablet
Log in
In Tikkio Enter, choose "Crew" and hold the camera over the QR-code shown in the Event Manager.
You're ready to scan tickets for your event!
