We do not support promo codes/discount codes at this time, but we are working on this feature and expect to release it later in 2025.

In the meantime, you can create a hidden ticket category with a discounted price by setting the 'Status' field to 'Available via link.' This will keep the ticket category hidden from the sales page, and only those with the link will be able to purchase these tickets.
